Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Engineering license (if any)
• Considerable experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, Building Control Act and related subjects
• Proficient in the use of computers: MS Office, MS Project (advantage)
• Fluent in the English language

Job Summary

• Phase plans, MEP systems inter-relationships, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Support problem-solving, as and when they arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractors to ensure that they adhere to Project safety regulations
• Assist in scope review, estimate quantities, costs and budgeting
• Prepare work schedules and control the use of materials, equipment and machines
• Prepare proposal documents and presentations
• Maintain detailed documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with Engineering license
• Considerable experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and Building Control Act
• Proficient in the use of computers: MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD (advantage)
• Fluent in the English language

Job Summary

• Work closely with architectural staff and site engineers to develop concepts and construction drawings
• Depending on level of experience, may perform routine design calculations for the review of the Project Engineer
• Some responsibility for checking design documents
• Analyzes notes, sketches and other materials to prepare drawings along with basic layout
• Perform 2D and 3D work in AutoCAD.

Job Summary

• Work from architectural plans and base files to produce engineering construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understand and use established company standards for drafting including layer names, line and character styles, drawings and window names, and file names for sheet layout.
• Analyze sketches, notes and other input material to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision.
• Perform site research to understand existing site or building conditions.
• Learn and apply principles behind designing electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Learn to perform calculations such as photometrics, load calculations and energy analysis utilizing COM check and other calculation tools.
• Inform Project Engineers and Team Leaders of progress on assigned projects and communicate design concerns with project managers

Job Summary

• With direction from the Project Architect or more senior design professionals, develop, modify, and/or review drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent
• Work closely with delivery team and assist to complete projects on aggressive schedules
• Assist in developing project scope, plan and services and during the contract process, translate planning concepts into comprehensible terms for clients, designers and project team members
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements and standards and policies for completion
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
• Compile data and performs elementary design computations
• Assist project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural field
• Knowledge of Architectural Design, technology, building, construction, Building Control Act and related subjects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (required)
• LEED AP is an advantage
• Fluent in the English language
